Yes, it’s NaNoWriMo. And for those of you who haven’t signed up, it isn’t too late to register and start writing your novel. One month. 50,000+ words. Get on it.
Things have been busy, between working with some very impressive YA writers, pitching a rather important political work by leading UN analyst Howard S. Friedman and responding to all of the wonderful submissions from this month’s article in Writer’s Digest (Thanks, all! Keep ‘em coming). And to say nothing of the conferences, readings and other events I’ve been attending. Yikes. I don’t even have a Halloween costume yet.
